Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and contacts for follow-ups, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Research and identify new markets and business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and assessing fit for Wildebits' products and services.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Product Promotion and Presentations:

  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings to highlight Wildebits’ solutions.
  • Showcase technical features and benefits to address customer needs effectively.

Campaign Execution and Performance Monitoring:

  • Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare detailed sales reports.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with technical and support teams to address client requirements.
  • Coordinate with management to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Event Participation and Networking:

  • Represent Wildebits Technologies at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Organize and attend industry events to expand the company’s visibility and network.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of remote monitoring solutions and IoT technologies is an added advantage.
